On 28th July 2026, 7 students of Grades VII and VIII from Bridge International School, Kolkata attended an art workshop at the Indian Museum as part of the centenary celebrations of renowned artist Shri Rathin Mitra.

 

The students explored his artworks and participated in a workshop conducted by noted artist Shri Anjan Bhattacharya. Inspired by Shri Rathin Mitra’s architectural drawings, they recreated a selected artwork using only pencils and black pens, showcasing their creativity and observation skills.

 

The workshop was an enriching and memorable experience that encouraged artistic expression and appreciation among the students.
